We are sure that you will love your purchase from but we understand that sometimes there might be something that isn't quite right.

Therefore, we accept the return of any purchase for any reason (excluding pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear). Just follow these 3 easy steps...

Step 1

Within 14 days of receiving your goods, please email us at to let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return. We will then send you a returns number. This returns number MUST be marked on the OUTER package before you return the item or your return may not be processed.

PLEASE NOTE - Brand new items are always eligible for a full refund but with our secondhand vintage clothing and designer vintage items we can only offer a refund if the item is faulty or has been misrepresented. We offer full and honest descriptions and thorough measurements for all our vintage clothing products so items that do not fit or do not suit can only be returned for a credit note. We hope you understand our reasons for this and appreciate your co-operation.

Step 2

You then have 14 days to return the parcel to the address we provide. As you are responsible for the item until it reaches us, we strongly recommend that you use an insured/signed-for service.

Step 3

Once we receive your return and process it, we will email you with the credit note details or confirmation of the refund if applicable. Credit notes are issued in the form of a voucher code to use online to buy anything else from and are valid for 6 months. This gives you plenty of flexibility and time to find something else. reserves the right to refuse refunds on any items they believe to have obviously been worn or damaged, or items which are returned to us outside of the above return period. Items must be received back to within this timeframe, along with your unique returns number. If not, your return will unfortunately not be processed.
